About LeafBit founder Eric Busch
Eric is an digital agronomist with more than 18 years experience collecting and managing data from agricultural landscapes and systems. He is a Registered Professional Agrologist (P.AG.) who holds a BSC. from the U of Manitoba Agroecology program.
His most recent experience includes working as a field trial agronomist, setting up field trials and providing technical support for seed and fertilizer companies. He has a strong background in weed and insect surveying, soil sampling and general field support for growers and researchers alike.
Eric started flying drones and mapping field trials 8 years ago and is an enthusiastic supporter of agricultural technologies that can are applied appropriately to benefit and increase the resiliency of agronomic systems.
